FAQsQ: Can I return an item(s) that I purchased online? A: Yes, with every online purchase there will be a return label included in your package. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s) you have 14 days to return it for a 100% refund (minus return shipping charges), which will be deducted from your credited amount. If not satisfied, simply tape your UPS return label over the original label and drop off at the nearest UPS center or store. You may also return to our warehouse. Please telephone ahead to make sure that a consultant is available to handle your return. Q: How do I schedule a Home Party? A: Telephone us at 888-295-9536 or email us at vineyardhomegifts@earthlink.net with your request. We will have a consultant contact you to schedule a fun event for you at your own home. You can pick the type of party you would like and get all the details! There are some distance restrictions...but not many. We will go just about anywhere in Southern California.
